Products can be exchanged from our office within the 14 days from the date of purchase only if the product is not damaged or any fault Please note that the product must be unused and unopened with the price label attached. We don’t offer cash returns, however, you may also return unopened fully packed items within 14 days of delivery for a full amount without delivery charges.

If you really get a faulted product for exemple:  Size issue, Fabric Damage etc, then your product will exchange within 7-8 working Days! 

Products purchased on sale or during promotions cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.
