Welcome to Newage Collection. We aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
The return request is raised within 14 Days of receiving the order.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

❌ Returns are not accepted for:

Change of mind or personal preference
Used, washed, or altered items
Sale or discounted items (unless damaged or incorrect)

2. How to Request a Return

3. Refund Policy

Once your return request is approved:

Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item.
For Bank Transfer payments, refunds will be issued to the same bank account.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

⏳ Refund processing time: 5–7 working days after approval.

4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for damaged or incorrect items, subject to stock availability. If the item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

5. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), return shipping will be covered by us.
For all other approved returns, shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

7. Changes to This Policy

Newage Collection reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
