  • Cash on Delivery (COD) within Pakistan

4. Is there a minimum order amount for Cash on Delivery (COD)?

There is no minimum order amount for Cash on Delivery; however, COD is only available for deliveries within Pakistan.

5. How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Within major cities in Pakistan: 3-5 business days.
  • Remote areas: 5-7 business days. We strive to deliver your products as quickly as possible and will keep you updated with tracking information.

6. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only offer shipping within Pakistan. International shipping may be considered in the future.

7. Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

8. What is your return and exchange policy?

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • To initiate a return or exchange, contact our customer support at newagetextile.com@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned items.

9. Who pays for return shipping?

For returns due to faulty or damaged products, Newage Collection will cover the return shipping costs. If you’re returning for other reasons (e.g., size change), the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

10. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

11. How do I cancel or modify my order?

  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellations and modifications are not possible.
