2. Product Information

We aim to show our bedding, mattress protectors, sofa covers, pillow covers, cushion covers, and storage bags as accurately as possible. Minor color or design differences may occur due to lighting, screen displays, or fabric batches. Product details, like sizes and materials, are provided to help you choose what fits your home best.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payments (credit/debit cards, bank transfers).
  • Prices may change, but your order locks in the price at checkout.
  • COD orders require payment upon delivery; non-payment may lead to cancellation.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Pakistan Shipping: We deliver to cities like Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, and more with flat rates: PKR 150 for 1 item, PKR 200 for 2+ items, and free shipping on orders over PKR 4,000.
  • Delivery takes 2-5 business days, but delays may happen due to holidays, weather, or courier issues.
  • We work with trusted couriers like TCS or Leopard and share tracking details via email or WhatsApp.
  • We’re not liable for delays beyond our control.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase! If something’s not right:

  • Eligibility: Return or exchange unused, unwashed items in original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
  • Defective Items: If your bedding, sofa cover, or other product arrives faulty, contact us within 48 hours for a free replacement or refund.

  • Non-Returnable: Custom orders or “final sale” items aren’t returnable unless defective.
  • Refunds are processed in 7-10 business days after we receive the item. Shipping costs aren’t refunded unless it’s our error.

  • Once shipped, cancellations aren’t possible, but you can return per our policy.
  • We may cancel orders due to stock shortages or payment issues, with a full refund issued promptly.

  • We provide a 14-day warranty for manufacturing defects. Damage from misuse or wear isn’t covered.
