If something isn’t quite right, we’ve made returns and exchanges simple and stress-free. 1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that don’t meet your expectations. To qualify, your product must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • In its original packaging, with tags or labels intact.
  • Not a custom order or marked as “final sale” (unless defective).

2. Exchanges

Not loving the design or size? We’re happy to exchange your bedding, sofa cover, or other item for another within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability. Exchanges follow the same conditions as returns (unused, original packaging).

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

If your mattress protector, pillow cover, or any product arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, we’ve got you covered! Contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund—no hassle. Just send us a quick photo of the issue.

4. How to Return or Exchange

Follow these steps for a smooth process:

  1. Reach Out: Message us at +923007277069 (WhatsApp) or email newagetextile.com@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, item details, and reason (e.g., “wrong size cushion cover”).
  2. Get Instructions: We’ll reply with return shipping details and a return address (usually in Karachi). For exchanges, let us know your preferred item.
  3. Pack It Up: Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Include a note with your order number for speedy processing.
  4. Ship It Back: Use a trusted courier (e.g., TCS, Leopard). You’ll cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect, in which case we’ll handle it.
  5. Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect the item (usually 2-5 days), we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (or as store credit for COD orders) within 7-10 business days after we receive and approve the return.
  • Original shipping fees (e.g., PKR 150 for 1 item) are non-refundable unless we made an error.
  • You’ll get a confirmation email or WhatsApp message once your refund is processed.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Some items can’t be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Custom-made products (e.g., tailored sofa covers).
  • Items marked “final sale” during promotions like Eid discounts.
  • Used or washed bedding, storage bags, or covers (for hygiene reasons).

7. Shipping Costs

  • Returns: You pay return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • Exchanges: You cover shipping to return the item; we’ll pay to ship the new one within Pakistan.

8. Tips for a Smooth Return

  • Check your items as soon as they arrive and reach out quickly if something’s off.
  • Keep packaging safe until you’re sure you’re keeping the product.
  • Use trackable couriers to avoid lost returns—we’re not responsible for packages lost in transit.
