Returns & Exchanges

Exchanges:

  • If you have purchased a product at full price and you live in Faisalabad, you may exchange it at our Office location in Faisalabad within 14 days of purchase or delivery, provided the items are returned in their original, unused condition.

  • For other cities online orders, Please mention your order number and reason for return at WhatsApp: +923007277069 or drop us an email at newagetextile.com@gmail.com to initiate your exchange. Our friendly team will guide you through the process and ensure a seamless exchange experience.

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.


Refunds:

We are committed to your satisfaction with every purchase.

  • We offer a cash refund if returned within 14 days of purchase, provided that the product is unused and in its original state. To ensure a seamless refund process, please create a video of product and send it to our support WhatsApp at: +923007277069.
  • Must share product video on our Customer Support WhatsApp otherwise your refund will not process, also after send product video, our supportive team person will guide you for furthur process.
  • Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned items.

 

Order Cancellation:

Customers have the flexibility to cancel their orders before the processing stage begins. After shipment, a confirmation with the COD amount and order tracking ID will be sent via email and/or SMS. Once shipped, the exchange policy outlined above will apply to the order. Newage reserves the right to cancel orders under circumstances such as item unavailability, pricing errors, or declined credit card payments by the issuing financial institution.

 

International Orders:
Currently, Newage does not have a specific exchange/return policy for international orders. 

 

Who pays for return shipping?

For returns due to faulty or damaged products, Newage Collection will cover the return shipping costs. If you’re returning for other reasons (e.g., size change), the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

 

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our support team immediately at newagetextile.com@gmail.com or call us at  +92-300-7277069. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Note:
 Before opening your order, we recommend capturing images of the package and invoice and keeping them until you confirm the completeness of your order. This precautionary measure will help facilitate a timely resolution if you receive an incorrect or damaged item.
